Sanpete County Fair
It’s time to start thinking about the Fair! Can you believe it?
Well this year we have several additions to the fair.

First. There is the Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Ever. Make your cookie, add your recipe, and enter 6 cookies. And I will eat them; Kidding. The winner receives $3, second place $2 and third place $1.

Second. There is the Cutest Apron Ever. Make an apron, bring it in with a card stating why you made it. $4 for the winner, $3 for second, and $2 for third.

Third. There is the Sweetest Crochet/knitted Item. Make your item, bring it in with a card stating what you learned. $4 for the winner, $3 for second, and $2 for third.

Fourth. There is the Coolest Science Experiment Ever. Create a scientific experiment about anything, make a display on a tri-fold explaining what you did, and enter the results of the experiment in the fair. $6 for the winner, $4 for second, and $3 for third.

Fifth. There will be a “Kids Market” for those that enter a fruit or vegetable in the produce section. Every kid that enters a produce item in the fair can sell other produce on Saturday afternoon at any price they choose. The kids must be present to sell their produce. The parents may be available to help the child; but the child must be the one who talks to the “customers.” The kid keeps the money.
