Judges Training Deadline is this Month
The registration for the Judges Training Program is due on the 21st of this month. Hopefully a lot of you will be able to take advantage of this great training program. It is also a great place to get your judging teams that extra help. This has been a great program and this year’s looks like one of the best yet. I have attached the flier again in case you can’t find your old one. Thanks for all you do.

ALL FAMILY CLUBS NEEDED!
Your club can share what you do best! In order to do a workshop a family club needs to follow 4-H guidelines which means:
· The county office needs to know that you are holding a 4-H event.
· We have to purchase supplemental insurance for your event, .23 per person not enrolled in 4-H, which will need to be part of the workshop fee.
· Everyone attending needs to sign in.
· An event summary needs to be filled out with the people attending and how much was charged for the workshop and what was collected. This summary needs to be on file in the county office along with proof of insurance.
For your convenience, I have attached a sign in form. I will be more than happy to assist you with the sign in process if you would like. I can also fill out the Event Summary if you want to bring the sign in form to the office after the workshop or you can pick up and return the event summary to the office. If you want to find out more, contact Cheryl Bartholomew at cheryl.bartholomew@usu.edu or 283.7599. We would love to have you teach a class. With summer coming more classes are needed!
