Utah 4-H Adventure Camp!
Held June 14-16,2010, at the san Rafael Swell. Come bask in the summer heat, bring your sleeping bag and tent for real camping, and prepare to get dirty at buckhorn “Wash, San Rafael Swell, in Emery County, Utah !!!! The 4-H Adventure Camp is for 7th and 8th graders. This camp will be primitive camping and physically demanding. There is only limited space; there is room for 30. Hiking, Rock climbing, canyoneering, first aid, wilderness survival, communications, gps, and a portable ropes course. The cost is $150. Let me know today if you want to go.
June 28-30 is the dates for 4-H JYC
5th and 6th graders; registration is $110 (includes food, housing, t-shirt, and all activities ); held at Snow College in Ephraim; June 1st deadline ; available online at www.utah4-h.org ; those going from Sanpete County get a $55 scholarship.

There have been several counties requesting that I hold a Junior Livestock Software training and software upgrade.The training will be offered April 26th at the Salt Lake County Extension office, room S1007 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It will be a basic training covering the main capabilities of the program including reports and other features. I will also provide the current software upgrade that has some helpful improvements. If you are plan on attending, please bring a laptop computer that we can install the new software onto.
